This morning I woke early to work on a conference presentation I’ll be delivering on Saturday.
After a quick breakfast with the family at 8am, we enjoyed a 45 minute walk to the Boston aquarium, saw some seals, and said goodbye. Alison and Calvin are enjoying the aquarium and I’m in the cafe writing this to you. It’s such a blessing to be able to explore different cities and be with my family while still getting work done wherever I can.
On that note, I’ve got to finish my presentation. It’s for CSEP – a Canadian not-for-profit certification company. Like NSCA and ACSM in the USA, I’m honoured to be one of the first business speakers that they are bringing in for their big conference.
